Toasted whole wheat spread with pesto, with shredded swiss cheese melted on top. Extra good with some slices of steamed broccoli in between the cheese and the pesto, or some steamed (and drained) spinach.
I use Arnold Bread to make my bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches. Yummy!

I love to toast Arnold light white bread and use it to make Morningside Farms vegan bacon, lettuce and tomatoes sandwiches with light Hellman’s mayo. They are absolutely scrumptious!

Whole wheat Arnold bread lightly toasted, spread mayo on bread, add 4 pieces of bacon, sliced tomato, lettuce and two slices of smoked turkey breast, serve with a side of Cole slaw and a large dill pickle. What a satisfying lunch with a cold beer!
